Best Off-field Shoes to Buy in 2023

Most athletes want to get the coolest new shoes and cleats to look and perform their best on the field. But what they don’t think about is what shoes they can wear off the field. Today I’m reviewing my favorite shoes for non-sports wear that you can wear anywhere, from everyday leisure to a party. Just don’t get them creased! 🙂

Jordan 1 High Heirloom

This Jordan is made from a textile and high-quality gold leather. It looks amazing and is a low-key design I think works really well together. As the closest thing Jordan makes to a Timberland, this is a great option to cop for a toned-down look. Most people aren’t a huge fan of this shoe, so that’s why I put it on the beginning.

Nike SB Dunk Low Polaroid

This is one of my favorite Nike dunks. I love the way the colorful swooshes elevate this shoe from a normal black and white shoe to a more interesting one. If you keep scrolling down, you’ll find the Panda Dunk, but I like to think of this as a more unique version of them. As a bonus, the shoe also comes with extra sets of laces in the swoosh colors which adds a colorful touch.

Nike Dunk Low Panda

You can’t go wrong with this one. While it has been criticized for its overwear, the Panda Dunks go with anything. They have basic black and white color blocking, and are great for everyday wear as your beater sneaker. I would recommend changing the laces so you stand out a little bit more. The one downside to this is that the leather on the toe box is low quality, so it will crease a lot.

Jordan 4 Black Canvas

Again, like the Panda Dunk, this goes with everything. The all black upper works nicely with the gray midsole and red accents on the sole. While the canvas material might not be for everyone, I find that it is a nice alternative to the Jordan 4 Military Blacks, which are very easy to get dirty due to its white color.

Jordan 4 A Ma Maniere

A Ma Maniere has released some really nice Jordans in the past, using unique materials like suede and high quality leather, but this Jordan 4 is where the next level comes in. It is mainly made out of brown nubuck leather and the quality of the materials looks absolutely amazing. The sail midsole highlights the mocha very well and this is probably my favorite sneaker right now.

Jordan 3 Desert Elephant

This is one of my favorite Jordan 3’s right now. The brown highlights compliment this really well as with most brown shoes. I’ve seen a lot of Mocha based shoes after Travis Scott fueled the brown-shoe hype. Anyways, even though these don’t have the iconic cement print, the color blocking is really nice.

Jordan 1 CO.JP

Jordan has only recently started to look abroad for inspiration on their shoes. But luckily for us, they have found some really cool things in other countries. For this Japan exclusive release, Jordan gave us their signature shoe, the 1, in a color blocking similar to the Bordeaux or Gorge Green, but in a navy color. The navy and silver work nicely together and complement each other well. It is a little pricey but it would definitely be worth the splurge.
